Biography

Glynis is a trainer and facilitator who has worked in the Adult Education sector for more than twenty years. She has developed and delivered custom training programmes, targeted at workers, supervisors and managers, for a diverse range of organisations. She has a particular focus on adult literacy, language and numeracy skills.

Glynis has extensive experience in conducting training needs analyses, developing skills assessment tools, observing work practices and assessing workers’ skills, knowledge and behaviours. She has developed competency frameworks and has strengths in interviewing and engaging with employees.

Her work has included advising companies on training delivery, design, development and implementation of key learning and safety initiatives.
